Got a message saying I owe money for a Parking Charge Notice from some "local council" and if I don't pay within 28 days it'll go up by 50% and legal action will follow. They never mentioned which council it was, or any info about my car or the location or time. Definitely a parking scam, so I’ve blocked the number for good!
