Got a message supposedly from the DVLA about a refund for some vehicle tax overpayment. It said to click on a link to claim the money - something like [#]vtax.ref-form09llt[###]?c=2. But I don’t even have a car, only an old bike collecting dust. Pretty sure it’s a scam!
