Got a message from this number which had my full name and said the DVLA had been trying to reach me, with a link included. I clicked the link and it took me to a site that looked exactly like the official gov.uk page, saying I was due a £48 refund on my vehicle tax. Then it asked for loads of personal info like my name, address, bank details, card CVV, date of birth, driving licence number, national insurance, and even my mum’s maiden name. Seriously, watch out for this one!

This number sent me a message saying it was the DVLA and that I needed to get in touch with them straight away. I didn’t click on the link they included, but it definitely seemed dodgy and like some kind of scam.
