They said there were dodgy transactions on my account trying to take out £400 and £14.99. They told me if I didn’t know these charges to press 1 and I’d get put through to a fraud specialist. I hung up and called my actual bank to let them know, but the number they used was different. I asked the guy who called me his name - he said Darren!
