Got a call about some £249.86 charge on my Amazon account which I never made. The scammer, calling herself Katy, rang me twice. Each time she said my replacement card was frozen until she could fix the “fraud” problem. Thing is, I actually received my new card today, so it’s clear she’s just trying to con me. I tried calling customer service myself and they’re sending me a new one properly, no scams involved.
