2 yearsI received a message from 07386 829154 on an old Google account I hardly ever use, saying I owed a PCN and could get a £70 discount if I paid before 16/10/2024. Thing is, I don’t own a car or even drive! The message included a link to pay the fine: https://bit.ly4f4kkcdU?la=FAVsHRdi. The date was written in the US format, not how we do it in the UK, and no info about when or where the supposed offence took place.
