Got this text from "DVSa" claiming I owe parking fees, with a warning about court if I don't respond. It told me to scan some qrco.de link to give my car details and pay up. Funny thing is, I've seen the exact same message from a different phone number before, so they're just swapping numbers once folks start catching on that it's a rip-off. Pretty sneaky if you ask me.
