This was obviously a dodgy call trying to get me to click a dodgy link (not sharing it here). The funny thing is, I don’t even have a car or a driving licence! They said I have an unpaid Penalty charge notice (PCN) and if I don’t pay by today, I’d miss out on a 50% discount. Apparently, if I ignore a parking fine from my local council for more than 28 days, they take it to court and I’d get extra costs. All very suspicious, asking me to check stuff and pay through a link. Definitely a scam.
