Got a call from a number I didn’t know, no voicemail or anything. Just ignored it and blocked the number straight away.

Didn’t get asked any security stuff at all. The guy just jumped right into pitching me a new EE plan that he said was cheaper than what I’ve got. When I started asking questions and pushing back, he just cut me off.

I called back and there was defo no one on the line, must be a scam or something fishy!

I got a call supposedly from Three, saying they could lower my bill. They asked me to verify my postcode - I refused. Then they wanted me to log into the Three app - I didn’t do that either. Next, they asked me to set up a new payment method, claiming it was to cancel my current contract and activate the discount - again, I said no. When I questioned their dodgy approach and lack of proper security checks, they just ended the call. Heard a strange mix of accents during the one call. Total scam attempt. Number’s now blocked.
