Just got a message saying there was an issue with my last payment on 02. I looked into my 02 account and everything seems fine, plus my bank shows no issues either. Didn’t click on any links and really wouldn’t recommend doing that. Stay safe everyone!

Got a dodgy text supposedly from O2 asking me to update payment info. Rang O2 themselves and they said it’s a known scam. Best to avoid clicking any links or entering your details.

I got a text from 07385 764 654 asking me to visit a website that looked like an official O2 page to update my payment info. I was a bit suspicious, so I rang my bank and they confirmed everything with O2 was fine, saying this message was probably a scam.
