Got a text asking just y or n, then all sorts of pushy questions came after. Ended up blocking them right away.

Got a text saying it was from Halifax about some dodgy transactions on my Mastercard. They asked me to reply Y or N to confirm. I said N, then got another message from someone called Mark Hill at Halifax, asking for my date of birth. I told them I’d ring the bank instead. The person said I had to cooperate to protect my account. I ended up blocking the number and phoned the bank straight away to report it.
