Got a message from this number claiming to be 02, saying they couldn’t sort my recent bill payment and that I had to update my payment details through a link to stop extra charges. Obviously, it seemed dodgy so I ignored it. Interestingly, just a few days before, I got a legit text from 02 telling me my bill was ready to check. Definitely a scam in my opinion!

Got a text pretending to be from 02 asking me to update my payment info. Problem is, I’m not even a customer with them. Looks like another dodgy scam trying to catch people out.

They called from 02 but luckily they didn’t ask for any of my bank info haha.

someone said they were from 02 and sent a link to click on so you wouldn’t get any fees. total scam, don’t trust it!

Got a message from 02 saying I needed to update my bank info, or I'd get charged fees. Pretty sure it's a total scam.
