Got the same message here. When I checked the link, it was spelled “roymail” instead of Royal Mail, so pretty obvious it's a scam.

Got a text from this number saying it was Royal Mail: "Keeping the UK connected, we have your parcel. Please go to: [#]roymailsupport-redelivery[###]/". When I followed the link, it first wanted my phone number, then my address, and eventually my card info! Definitely seems dodgy to me!
