got a text yesterday from 07385654118 saying they couldn't process my last bill and wanted me to update payment details to dodge extra charges. it included a link too. i don't have any o2 accounts whatsoever. i’ve blocked that number now. also got a similar message from a different number, 07393426376.

This seems dodgy to me - the call said it was from O2 saying they couldn’t sort my latest bill and wanted me to click a link to update my details. But I’m not even with O2, plus I’m all paid up anyway. Definitely a scam in my opinion.
