Got two messages in the past 30 minutes. The usual "dad’s temp number, if you get this... phone screen broke... using a mate’s extra SIM" story. THIS IS A RIP-OFF. Don’t reply to it. They’ll try to get you to send cash for a 'replacement phone' but it’s just a trick to scam you. Watch out!

Got a weird text saying: "Dad, this is a temp number. Text me back when you get this. I smashed my screen and now I’m using my mate's old phone. Tried my sim in it but no signal." Sounds dodgy to me.
