This number gave me a ring about a car I’d listed on Autotrader, saying they wanted to buy it. When they showed up, there was an elderly bloke, an old lady and a younger guy. While I was inside grabbing the papers, they somehow lifted the bonnet, poured oil into the coolant reservoir and unplugged a few things under the hood. During the test drive, smoke started coming out and they said they were car experts who figured the car was completely wrecked. They went on about stripping parts off it, but only if I sold it to them. Honestly, don’t pick up if it rings - complete scam.
