No idea who rang me earlier. They left a voicemail saying it was from the DVLA, claiming I’d paid too much - an amount bigger than my yearly road tax fee. They told me to go to a certain site to get the money back but the web address didn’t look familiar at all. I'm pretty sure this was some kind of scam trying to steal my bank info.
