Got a call from a dodgy number, didn’t pick up. No message left either. Watch out for these ones!

The call was awful, bad connection and they claimed to be Vodafone. While I was speaking to them, I got texts saying ‘Don’t give this code to anyone,’ plus messages about Vodafone discounts. I told her I’m not a Vodafone customer, and she just said ‘why you lying’ then hung up on me! Plus, her English was really poor too.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from EE, though another comment mentioned Vodafone, so no clue who she was actually representing. I’m already with EE, and she said she could give me 40% off my current bill. Asked me to verify my name and address, but I wasn't convinced it was legit, so I just ended the call. She rang back a few times right after, then I got another call quickly from an 0161 number, probably the same person again.
