I answered and said hi but after a few seconds there was this strange robotic noise. Then they just cut the call. I decided to block the number just to be on the safe side. No clue who it could've been.

There wasn’t any voicemail left, so I just blocked it and deleted the message. Seems to me like it might be set up to make you call back and end up paying them or something.

I got a call from someone pretending to be Virgin Media O2 saying they were gonna disconnect my SIM in a day. They said they’d send a replacement but needed some details first. I rang O2 to check and they told me it was a scam. When I tried calling the number back, it just hung up and then blocked me. Had about 8 calls coming from different numbers all telling the same story. Pretty dodgy!
