Got a call on my landline from someone claiming they were with EE, saying there was a security problem and they needed to send me a new SIM card. They asked me to verify my email so they could post it out. I told them if they were genuine, they would just send the SIM without needing me to confirm anything over the phone. Plus, they never asked for my address, which seemed dodgy. I made it clear I wasn’t falling for any scam calls like that, said I didn’t trust they were really from EE, and hung up. Definitely a scam in my opinion!
