Got a call about loads of money going out my account, and they seemed to know loads about me. Then they wanted my security codes, but as soon as I said I'd ring the fraud department, they just ended the call.

What a total w*nker! Really hope they come across this.

Got a phone call claiming to be from Lloyds Fraud Team, using my full name and asking if I’d recently used my bank card, telling me to visit my branch to sort out an enquiry. I mentioned the branch was shut for the day, but they didn’t seem to get it. When I asked if I could go to a different branch, they said no and that the closest one was half an hour away by car. Then they just hung up. Heard about the exact same trick being done on the Scam Interceptors show on the BBC just last week.
