We got a call earlier, but my partner who struggles with hearing only caught the bit about £300 being charged unexpectedly to Amazon. Since we’d just bought something close to that price, he went ahead with listening. Then they mentioned an extra £1000 payment to Amazon, and that’s when he knew it was fishy and hung up straight away.
