I answered the call thinking it was from a mobile, not some landline. There was a polite lady who wanted to talk about my insurance, something I was genuinely curious about. She mentioned it would only take about 5 minutes. But after 15 minutes, she handed me over to another firm. They didn’t even explain properly and just repeated some of the questions I'd already answered. Honestly, I just couldn’t be bothered to continue. Save yourself the hassle.
