Got a voicemail from something called the 'Visa Desk' - weird cause all my visa cards are managed by my bank, and they’d never call like that! They said there was an £800 charge on my card, then just hung up. Pretty sure if you press any button they ask for, it’s a trap to make you pay a fortune. Best to avoid it altogether.

I got a call from an unknown mobile number and gave it a miss. Later, there was a voicemail which sounded like a dodgy robot voice saying it was Amazon about some problem with a purchase, but the message cut itself off right before any details came up. Seemed pretty fishy to me, especially since I’ve no problems with Amazon at the moment and they don’t usually ring from mobile numbers out of the blue. Don’t go replying to this one, could well be a scam.
