I got a call from a woman named Joy saying my phone contract was due for renewal and that I'd asked to be called back. Thing is, my contract isn't up at all, and I never asked for any callback. Plus, the contract isn’t under my name anymore since my partner took it over. I told her straight up there was no contract in my name, and she kept asking about my name. I just repeated again that it's not in my name and then politely ended the call because she was being a bit pushy trying to keep me on the line.
