Got a call about some debt advice, but I told them I’ve got no debts. They just hung up straight away.

a firm called me about debt help, but the moment i told them i ain't got any personal loans, they just nicely ended the call and said cheers. wasn't what i was expecting at all.

Must be they got my number from some company, called me by my old maiden name which I haven't used in over two decades. I told the bloke about it and he just ended the call. Then he tried ringing me on my mobile, but when I didn't pick up, he went back and phoned my landline again. So yeah, had to block their numbers after that.
