I received several calls today from this number. The voice on the line was rather robotic and had a distinctly American accent, prompting me to hit 1 to continue. Quite peculiar, really!

Got a call from an auto dialler the other day, it was one of those ppv claims lines asking if I’d ever taken out car finance. When I said no, the lady on the other end just went quiet and ended the call straight away. I’ve had calls like this before, and they always say you might be able to get money back on some kind of payment protection insurance, but honestly it just feels like a dodgy scam to me.

Got a call from this number but as soon as I picked up, they just hung up. I tried calling them back and ended up talking to some sort of automated voice with a thick American accent telling me to press one for something. No clue who they might be.
