Total scam!! I got texts from this number like 4 times. They say the refund from Ryan should come straight from Ryan Air, just like Love Holidays told us to deal with Ryan Air directly. All their old messages end with “thanks, loveholidays,” never mention “loveholiday team.” They’re a bunch of crooks, seriously need to get a proper job instead of trying to rip people off. Do NOT respond to them.

Definitely a scam. When I booked with Ryan Air and Love Holidays, their emails always had my name and booking reference right there. Never share your info with these fraudsters, they’ll just cheat you out of your money.
