There was a lot of noise in the background, and the person said they were calling from Sky to get some feedback since they’d apparently had loads of bad reviews. It just didn’t feel right, so I ended up cutting the call.

Got a recorded call claiming there’s an arrest warrant out for me because of unpaid taxes. They told me to press 1 for more info. I actually did, fully aware it's a con. A bloke came on the line, said his name and asked for my info. I told him if he’s got a warrant, he should be the one giving me the details, and asked since when did HMRC use mobile numbers to call people? He just hung up on me after that 😂.

Definitely a scam, no doubt about it. When I mentioned I wasn’t interested in his "30% off" for my three contacts because apparently, I’m some kind of Crowned Prince, he didn’t take it well. Ended up telling me to shove it. Seriously, this was supposed to be from 2 mobile? Yeah, right.

This guy tried to get the PIN for some Vodafone account but didn’t know anything about me. I don’t even have a Vodafone account! As soon as I said that, he just dropped the call.
