Had a call from some lot pretending to be about my car insurance, sounded right dodgy to me. Definitely a scam, don't fall for it!

We managed to trick loads of people and honestly, it was brilliant getting their money! Loved every bit of it!

got calls from these lot like three times in a week, proper annoying. they claimed some made-up story about me being in a car crash, said they were from some place called morgan barrett apex services or summat. no idea where they pulled that nonsense from. kept asking them to stop ringing and to remove us from their list, even blocked their number on our landline. but then, yesterday, they went and called my missus’s mobile. the number they used was 07472288682. total rubbish!

Got a call from 07790 808995 again, same old rubbish about a car accident. Totally pointless as usual.

It was a young woman, maybe in her early twenties, called Morgan Barrett if I heard right. She claimed I’d been in an accident not long ago and asked me to confirm it. I made her say her name again, ask which company she worked for, which part of London she was based, and then I asked for her phone number. At that point, she quickly said ‘okay, I’ll take you off our list.’ Honestly, I’d love to have five minutes alone with her! The number she gave me, which seemed one of many, was 01673 164503.

i got a call from apex choice services and asked them where they had found my number. she told me it was from the road traffic and accident department. then i mentioned i would double-check the company info with a mate in the police force, and she just ended the call right away.
