I have an EE contract that includes two phone numbers, mine and my partner’s, but the account is registered with my name and number. On 30th April 2021 at 19:23, my partner got a message from this exact number claiming to be EE. The text said they couldn’t process the recent bill and warned her to update her payment info via a link like [#]support-updatebillinghelp[###] or risk having her service cut off. It’s totally a scam and obviously phishing.
