This number has called me twice now, first time was just yesterday. It’s some automated message claiming to be from the Bank’s fraud team. They’re telling me I made payments of £199.99 to Amazon and £899 to Argos. Since I’ve never shopped with those places before, I knew straight away it was dodgy. (That’s their wording, not mine). Next, I bet it'll be about my gas or electric bills or something else. Honestly, getting really annoyed with this. I’m definitely blocking this number. Watch out, people - ‘tis the season for scams, so be careful who you answer!
