David Jordan Philips is a well-known scammer, and honestly, I think there should be way tougher consequences for folks like him instead of us just having to report these things here. It feels like not nearly enough is being done.

I got a call from a guy saying he was David Jordan Phillips, some County Court Enforcement Officer. The name matched up when I looked it up, and so did the company he mentioned, Empire Enforcements. But I found out this info has popped up before in scam attempts reported by others. The man sounded genuine enough, but when I asked for a case number, he wouldn’t provide one over the phone.
