Got a call earlier today but no voicemail was left. Looks like they rang me the day before as well. I've gone ahead and blocked the number since, based on what I've read from others, it seems to be a scam.

Had a call from someone saying they were with EE, but the way they spoke made me think they were from somewhere in South Asia. They tried to sell me a deal, asking how much I pay at the moment. I told them since they said they’re from EE, the provider I’m with, they should already have that info, so why don’t they just tell me? After a quick, mumbling sorry, they cut the call straight away. Seems like a total scam to me, just my two pennies.

There was loads of noise in the background, sounded like maybe a call centre or summat. I got a bloke on the phone with an Asian accent who somehow already knew my name, which was a bit weird.
