I got a call about insuring my kitchen gadgets. Since I’m redoing my kitchen, I wanted to stop the policy. The caller said I’d either have to pay £200 the cancel or £200 if I wanted to keep it going. After giving them my card info, they called back asking for the last three numbers on my card. That’s when I knew something was fishy and without hesitation I blocked the number, thinking it was a scam.
