Just got a call earlier supposedly from some government dept about loft insulation. When I asked which department they were with, they went quiet. Then I asked who their minister was and they just cut the call. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from some supposed security alarm and CCTV firm. They started off trying to push me to buy their stuff, but then they began asking loads of questions about my current setup. I get where they’re coming from, but still felt a bit iffy about why they needed all those details. Not sure if it’s legit or just a sneaky sales pitch.
