I got a text from this number claiming I’d set up a new payee via mobile banking! Problem is, I don’t even have an account with HSBC, so this feels really fishy to me!

Got a text from this number claiming I had to log into HSBC. Pretty obvious scam since I don’t even have an account with HSBC. The message said something about adding a new payee on 1st September and gave a dodgy link to check it out. Definitely trying to trick people!
