The chap on the other end claimed to be representing 'Stephchange,' a name I'm sure many recognise as a reputable service for debt assistance. However, it turned out to be a ruse. Got a phone call earlier today, couldn't quite make out the name of the company but the bloke said something about a report from the DRF regarding my 'unsecured loan'. He said DRF stands for the Debt Referral Forum. Then he started asking for my personal info. I told him I don’t owe anything and wasn’t sharing any details. I've grown increasingly suspicious of these callers who claim to be handling my financial details. It's as if they're trying to pose as IVA representatives. Midway through the call, I noticed a shift in their voice, suggesting it was a different person who had taken over the conversation while pretending to be the same individual.
