I am not with O2 so decided to play him at his own game. After a little while he got irate and told me I had wasted his time for 7 minutes!!!! He eventually hung up on me. Same number called again today - not sure if it was the same guy but as I was unwilling to give him my address and tell him the best day and time I would be home to receive my new SIM card I was transferred to a "manager".
