Got a call from someone claiming to be O2, offering some kind of promo deal. The woman on the line had an Indian accent and spoke super quickly. Even after I told her I wasn't interested, she just kept going on and on. Definitely seemed like a classic scam to me.

I got called by 07378821073, and the bloke on the phone was claiming he was a police officer. It was some big con, and apparently, others are faking being from OFCOM too. I ended up talking to him for like 4 hours, and he kept saying there was no-one else listening in on the call, even though it felt fishy the whole time.

I got this weird text saying just "please stop this shit" which felt like they wanted me to reply. It was sent to a bunch of people, and one other number was from +63. Then, from a separate number, I got a job offer message which also went to multiple folks, again including a +63 number. Honestly, being seen as a scammer is a total nightmare for me - I’d feel so ashamed if that was me, sounds like proper dodgy behaviour.

They were pushing business loans, but it was all a load of rubbish. RSM UK Ltd are a real, legit company and this has nothing to do with them. The bloke said his name was Bilal Raza at this address: 25 Farringdon St, London, EC4A 4AB. Beware, it’s definitely a scam!

Got a call saying it was the DWP about winter fuel payments. They wanted me to complete a form with my bank info to get the money by January 2015. Seemed dodgy to me.

Got a call yet again from Domestic Repairs claiming I was owed £149 back. They wanted my bank card info, but I told them if I’d got every £149 refund they promised, I’d be rich by now. The guy kept trying to say there was a mistake with my account details and insisted he wanted to pay me. After I kept telling him it was clearly a scam, he finally just hung up.

This number has rung me quite a few times claiming to be from Cap Group Finance. They keep chatting about my liquidity and keep pushing me to take out a loan. They also say they put me into some kind of cryptocurrency deal and that my investment has gone up by over £700. But now I can't seem to take any of that money out.

07378 three isn’t active anymore, so don’t trust any texts from it saying they’re from banks, tax offices, or utility firms. They’re just scammers using other people’s numbers to trick you. 905633 is related to the newest smart gas meters in recent years... best to just ignore or block it. Number 07378 816022 called me, it was some kind of robot with a female voice saying it was HMRC about some missed tax thing. They said to talk to an inspector, press 1, but of course I just hung up straight away!

Refused to say where he was calling from. Said he was from London. When I asked again, he just brushed me off and said I already got life insurance. BLOCKED straight away!

Got calls about cryptocurrency like 9 times in just 5 minutes! My missus told them to take my number off their list and then they started being proper rude, saying stuff like 'a woman’s in charge here'. Honestly, if I ever bump into that bloke, I swear I’ll lose it and do something about it. Also, does he even have the right to work in the UK? Seems dodgy to me.

Got a call from 07378 553749 claiming I have £80000 in a wallet that needs putting back in my account, sounded so robotic. Wish I actually had that kinda cash owed to me but it’s a total scam, don’t get fooled by it.

Got a call from 07378 459734 but all i could hear was loads of noise like a call centre in the background. I didnt say anything and the caller just ended the call.

07378553308 - not sure when they got in touch, but when I answered they asked what the call was about, mentioned something like customer communications or something close. I told them I don’t deal with those sorts of calls on my personal phone, then they said it was something concerning my job and asked if they could ring the office instead. I gave them the office number but never heard back, so I guess I put them off. Later I spotted the comments here about an HMRC scam and reckon that’s probably what this was all about - watch out for it.
