I picked up but said nothing. The person on the other end stayed silent then just ended the call.

I got a call from someone claiming they could check the glass on my windows, saying if it didn’t pass I’d somehow be eligible for a 50% grant towards the repairs. Then, out of nowhere, another bloke calls calling himself a glass specialist to set up a time for a visit. I happened to be out walking the dog, so I just played along, messing around with him until he got annoyed and ended up hanging up. Definitely felt like some kind of scam to me.
