The engineer came round and used a handheld laser device from inside the house and found damp patches. Apparently, the cavity wall insulation was causing moisture to move from the outer brickwork to the inside walls. They told me the entire house needs re-pointing and sealing with special paint to fix the problem.2 yearsBEWARE! This is a total SCAM.
