Totally a con. They say they're from some recruitment agency called handle and ask for your bank info to “send payment”. Funny enough, the WhatsApp photo is ripped from a LinkedIn profile of a woman called Lucy Mcgettigan. They introduce themselves as Jessica Calzretta though. If you question them about it, they just ignore you and vanish.
