After I cancelled my service, a person from Virgin rang me offering a supposedly better deal and even set up a new subscription. But when I rang Virgin a few days later to check, none of their staff had any information about it. Still, the caller had all my details and knew when I cancelled. I wouldn’t put my faith in them.
