Got a text from a bloke pretending to be my lad, saying he urgently needs money sent over. Kept saying he can’t call ‘cos his phone’s not working, only texting. He even used my kid’s actual name! Definitely a dodgy scam trying to pull a fast one.

I just got a call from someone pretending to be my son, saying his phone was broken and asking for money. They gave an account name "Anna Mather" with the sort code 60-84-07. Classic scam really, just thought I’d warn others.
