On Thursday 19th Feb at 08:51, I just let it ring when I saw an unknown number, didn’t bother picking up. There wasn’t any voicemail left, so I figured it wasn’t a genuine call. After checking your website history for this number, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam, so I’ve blocked it straight away. Cheers for the service you offer, it’s really useful every time.

Got a voicemail saying it was from HMRC. I pressed 1 to chat with someone and when they asked who the letter was addressed to, they just cut me off.
