Somebody claimed to be calling from Amazon but you could literally hear them munching on a packet of biscuits or crisps in the background, which put me off straight away, so I just ended the call. I've never had a phone call from Amazon before, it's usually just notifications on the app, so I reckon I was right to hang up.
