I reserved a place through Booking.com and paid through this WhatsApp contact. At first, they replied fine, but since Thursday, I've had absolutely no reply. Am I getting scammed? I've emailed Booking.com about it, but still no answers or help.

Someone pretending to be a bloke named "Tom Gallagher" is trying to trick people into hiring a flat through Booking.com. The listing goes by "big apartment for eight centrally located" in London. We've reported this to Booking, but the ad hasn’t been taken down yet: https://www.booking.com/Share-qt4cQqI. Watch out and don’t get caught out!

Avoid dealing with this number if you're looking for apartments. He pretends to book through booking.com but actually asks for payments over WhatsApp, which isn’t legit. He claims to have a large flat for eight people right in the city centre but it’s a total con. Stay clear and don’t trust anything from him.
