My partner and I both got the exact same message saying we'd missed paying a "fixed penalty." It said it was from the DVSA and that we’d be banned from driving starting the day after. Funny thing is, my partner doesn’t even own a car. The DVSA has actually put out a notice online warning people about these scam texts.
