They said it was some kind of tax refund but sounded fishy to me.

Got a text saying it was from the DVLA with a number like [#]dvla[###].pendingrefund_apr02info claiming I had a £79.22 refund and to follow the link. Seemed dodgy to me since there’s no way the DVLA would send something like that by text, especially cos the road tax for our vehicle is just around £20. Definitely reckoned it was a scam.
